    Guidelines

    for the Sub-Clause 6.9 [Contractor’s Personnel]


    Contractor

    Specific 1. The Contractor must employ appropriately skilled and experienced


    Actions personnel;
    2. If requested by the Engineer, the Contractor must remove any person
    so requested from the Site and appoint a replacement (if necessary).

    Time to act 1. For the duration of the Contract;


    2. When requested.

    Comment The Engineer may request a person to be removed from the Site for 4 reasons
    as follows:
    1. Persists in misconduct;
    2. Is incompetent or negligent;
    3. Fails to conform with the Contract; or
    4. Acts in a way which is unsafe, unhealthy or damages the environment.
    No other reasons are provided within this Sub-Clause.
