Not included in Package

As per our understanding you would not be needing following functionality as per present requirement which is not
included in the package.
Domain, CRM, ERP, and any other major functionalities rather than Scope of work.

Above Price & Package is only for The Mr. Vinay which is fixed amount as in that no other vendor or party is involved.
Price may be revised if there will be any changes in Scope of work it can be discussed first than would be implemented.

Payment Procedure
Payment can be done on Installment which can be 2 installments Advance should be initiated before starting the
development. According work status would be updated and would only be starting the next phase after the 2nd
installment and so on. Payment can be done in cash, Internet banking.

Hand over
Project duration would be 10 working days which is applicable for the current Scope of work if there is any changes in
scope of work then project completion time will be changed. After completion of the project and after fully satisfaction
of Meraki Planting, Exsitement will be providing training to Meraki Planting’s Team of all the functionalities. All
Credentials would be again handover to The Mr. Vinay and would not be again used by Exsitement only if The Mr. Vinay
needs Support or maintenance for same. Future pricing for any changes or additional functionalities would base on
same proposal and market value.
