About the role

A Management Trainee is responsible for developing growth in the company through increased
sales and customer acquisition. Your job duties as a Management Trainee are to generate sales
leads, contact potential clients, and nurture existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Career & Education Counselling for students and working professionals.

• Cold calling & Lead generation to source new sales opportunities.
• To work on leads shared by the team.
• Close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation
• Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
• Offer Multiple courses ( Company's products )
• End-to-End Sales

Candidate requirements
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Sales and marketing skills.
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must have a Smartphone.
