Lack of health and safety education, due to circumstances few workers were
not heard back during induction training and training time was not sufficient
and job specific time is too short for new joined worker.
It is found that the
attraction manager acting as recklessly because he don’t know better and
believe health and safety are importance, when few workers requesting AM
for the extra time for training he told that is waste of time.
Poor
communication, cooperation and control. It reflects the way employees
interact with each other and management .It was also found that they lack of
communication between different people or departments, also
misunderstandings about safety procedures can lead to inadequate
communication and result in accidents.
Poor health and safety procedures
are another negative indicator of health and safety culture at workplace, poor
lighting ,inadequate emergency exits, and inadequate safety gear are all
examples of this, also we found that in scenario there was lighting issue.
Lack
of training is another important indicator. If an organization does not provide
adequate health and safety training to its employees , its show a lack of
commitment to employee safety because of this, employees are not aware of
the risks associated with their jobs, which can ultimately lead to injuries and
accidents, and this is the scenario we have come across.
Ordinary Procedural
Infringement .One of the most significant indicators is reckless infringement
of safety techniques. It is clear that the company culture is not focused on
safeguarding worker well-being if employees consistently disregard safety
regulations or protocol. Lack of resources the absence of resources for
efficient health and safety management is another sign of negative health
and safety culture. This could be as result of inadequate facilities, insufficient
staff.
There were many management failures as mentioned in the scenario
and human error is also indentified.
Supervisor who are not properly screened
and managed can be a major indicator of negative health and safety culture
at the workplace. This is because these supervisor may not have the
necessary safety training and qualification and may also be more likely to cut
corners when its comes to safety procedure.
Lack of reporting :- If employees
do not feel comfortable reporting health and safety concerns ,it is another
indicator of a negative health and safety culture. This could be because they
fear management retaliation or do not believe their concerns will be taken
seriously.
Management does not provide clear leadership or direction.

supervisors(co-workers) are not seen to be cooperating at all
