The YES-NO question in English Grammar is an interrogative
construction of questions.
In linguistics, a yes-no question, formally known as a polar
question or a general question, is a question whose expected answer is
either “yes” or “no”.
Yes/No questions are also called closed questions because there
are only two possible responses: Yes, or No. When forming a yes/no
question, it must include one of these verbs: BE, DO, HAVE, or a modal
