Judge # 1:

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer at Mariano Marcos State

University with earned Masteral Academic Units of Master of Science in Management
Engineering at Northwestern University. She is a licensed Environmental Planner. A
former Instructor of Data Center College of the Philippines and AMA Computer College.
Former administrative assistant and project development officer of LGU Bangui. She is
the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator of the Local Government Unit of
Marcos.
