Terms & conditions : Note :

1. Delivery of imported Materials: 15-26 weeks for DDC and 6-8 weeks for
field devices upon receipt of PO and issuance of DP.
2. Warranty: 12 months from the date of delivery
3. Terms of payment: 30% down payment, 40% Upon Delivery,
20% Upon Termination and Initial Testing and 10% for Turnover
and Testing & Commissioning.
4. Cancellation Policy: seven (7) days from the issuance of the purchase order
shall be allowed however, 30% of the total amount shall be charged as
re-stocking fee, processing fee, etc.
5. Project within Manila, boarding lodging, engr allowance is free of charge
6. Validity of Proposal 60 Days
7. Items will be delivered to Salemaire Corp. Office / Warehouse
1. Based on plan. Please clarify equipment schedule, Points List and Sequence of operation.
2. BMS Ready Interface using BACnet protocol
Exclusion:
1. Supply of Power to Direct Digital Controller Panel.
2. Supply and Labor for wires, conduit, installation, termination to main power and other roughing-ins.
3. Airfare, Board & Lodging, Allowances of Enye Personnel outside metro manila is not included.
