    Rylan Ezra

    1. I would rate my communication skills proficient. I find that my communication skills have
    excelled this year as I have been talking more and being confident in myself. An example of my
    communication skills would be in my current job as a worker at the Olive Garden, I must talk to
    guests and assist them with what they need. This is my ongoing job that takes a lot to get used
    to but in a customer service job it is mandatory.
    2. I can improve my communication skills by talking about how I feel more. This has always been
    difficult for me growing up in a household with divorced parents. I was never able to talk about
    myself because my parents always needed to talk about themselves. I can talk about how I feel
    more now but I am still working on it.
    3. In an interview I feel very comfortable marketing myself. I feel like I am always able to talk about
    myself and my achievements and how those have made me the guy I am today.
