SGLGB Process Flow 

Punong Barangay accomplishes and

Start submits Form 1 and MOVs to the
CC/M/HUC/ICC PAT Secretariat.

CC/M PAT Secretariat receives and checks the completeness
of Form 1 and MOVs submitted by the Punong Barangay.
CC/M PAT assesses performance of barangays and
accomplishes Forms 2 and 4.
HUC/ICC PAT Secretariat receives and checks the completeness
if CC/M  if HUC/ICC  of Form 1 and MOVs submitted by the Punong Barangay.
OR
HUC/ICC PAT assesses performance of barangays and
accomplishes Forms 2 and 5.

HUC/ICC PAT Secretariat encodes the assessment of all barangay

CC/M PAT Secretariat encodes the assessment of all barangay entries 
entries in the SGLGB Google Sheet based on Forms 2 and 5. 
 in the SGLGB Google Sheet based on Forms 2 and 4.

HUC/ICC PAT Secretariat submits Form 5 to RPAT.

CC/M PAT Secretariat submits Form 4 to PPAT

PPAT validates data of barangay entries based on Forms 2 and 4.

PPAT accomplishes Form 6 and submits to RPAT.

RPAT reviews the SGLGB Results through Forms 5 and 6.

Once completed, RPAT accomplishes Form 7  and submits to NWT.  

NQC certifies and indorses Form 8 to the Secretary

NWT validates the submitted Form 7 by the RPATs, accomplishes
 of the Interior and Local Government (SILG) for
Form 8  and submits it to the NQC.
approval of final SGLGB results.
