Current eating habit :

Unlike the other people from other states, people in MIzoram tends to eat full meal from the very
morning itself generally at 7:30-8:00 am.But in lunch time, the food eaten can range from Simple
biscuits to even noodles with tea 3generally at 12-1 pm .In case of dinner, the same pattern of meal in
the morning is again repeated generally at 5-6pm . Rice is the staple food of Mizoram.
Pork,chicken,beef,other marine meats are popular meats among Mizos. Mizos are obsessed eating
boiled vegetables along with rice but the younger generation tends to like fried and spicy food; food
from other cultures are also a popularity among many young Mizo.
