A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE REVISED THREE (3) YEAR

COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-
2025) OF BARANGAY SALLACAPO, SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8 of the Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the
“Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015” and its implementing rules and regulations, the
SK, in consulting and with concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, shall formulate a three
(3) year rolling plan, which shall be known as Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development
Plan (CBYDP);

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall be aligned
with the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and the Local Youth Development Plan
(LYDP) of the Province in the City/ Municipality.

WHEREAS, the CBYDP shall give priority to programs, projects and activities that will promote
and ensure the equitable access to quality education, environmental protection, climate change
adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, health,
including health services and adolescent sexual and reproductive health, anti-drug abuse,
gender sensitivity, sports development, and capability building which emphasizes leadership
training.

WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall serve as
the legal basis for the preparation of Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP).

WHEREAS, the revised Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) was
presented for concurrence by the Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) during the conduct of the
Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly Meeting held at the session hall Barangay Sallacapo Sinait,
Ilocos Sur on March 25, 2023;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of KK Member JEAVY CAMPOS and duly seconded by KK

Member LESLIE JANE REALGO and all KK’s present, RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY
RESOLVED by the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay Sallacapo in meeting assembled, to
concur THE REVISED THREE (3) YEAR COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF BARANGAY SALLACAPO SINAIT, ILOCOS SUR.

“RESOVED further, to furnish copies to the Sangguniang Kabataan, Sangguniang

Barangay, DILG, LYDO, Municipal Budget Office and other government agencies concerned for
their information.
