Responsibilities:
- I am the customer interface between plant and a part of plant customers (ZF, Continental
Automotive, BMW, Daimler, CBI, Jaguar – Land Rover Automotive).
- I was reviewing weekly the quality information and customer quality requirements in the
customer reporting systems and informing the plant about them. For claims I made direct alerts
from customer portals.
- I was maintaining contact with customers by phone or email.
- In case of claim I was the first person informed by the customer and I send alerts to entire factory.
After receiving the quality claim from customer, I was responsible to establish the team for 8D
analysis and to send answer to customer. In the same time, I was responsible for the sorting
activities in customer plants and in our plant.
- I was responsible person which conduct customer audits and visits. I was preparing action plans
arising from customer visits and audits and ensuring timely completion of actions defined.
- For the new products I was the responsible for homologation of the new products by the customer
through coordination of the PPAP activities inside the plant.

faced the challenge of developing new material formulations to meet the upcoming Copper Free
regulation in the US.
- The MQB Launch beginning production at our new Friction Materials site in Ploiesti, Romania
on the challenging hot press product in only 12 months and accelerating production volumes in a
record time.
