Mode of Payment Agreement

This Mode of Payment Agreement is made and entered into by and between Mr. Jimepher Delos Reyes Cordero, with
an address of Brgy. Dulangan, Puerto Galera Oriental Mindoro (the “Seller”) and Christoper Jimenez Dotong, with an
address of Brgy. Sta. Cruz 1, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite, (the “Buyer”), also individually referred to as “Party”, and
collectively “the Parties.”

WHEREAS, the Seller sells to Buyer a parcel of land measuring 445 square meter located at Brgy. Dulangan, Puerto
Galera, Oriental Mindoro with Land Title No.: 064-2010000428 amounting to Two Million Three Hundred Seventy
Thousand Pesos (Php 2,370,000.00).

WHEREAS, the Buyer already give the partial payment amounting to Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 80,000.00) dated
September 11, 2022. The Seller and the Buyer desire to enter into an agreement to memorialize the remaining balance of
Two Million Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 2,290.000.00) and an associated mode of payment plan;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions contained herein, the Parties
agree as follows:

1. Remaining Balance. Php 2,290,000.00

2. Mode of Payment Plan. The Parties agree to the Four (4) Gives Mode of Payment Plan with the date, year and
amount stated below:
