Lloading / Positioning Seat Back Area Rig Floor Truck to Ground – Crane by Tandem Lift
550 t HOOK BLOOKS ON 7 PARTS OF LINE MUST BE INSTALLED ON BOTH (TADANO GT-550 E )(NK500E-III) AS AGREED WITH ENI LTA
Method Statement:
To perform loading / Positioning Seat Back Area Rig Floor – Crane by Tandem Lift
By: 2 X Mobile Cranes, Lifting Supervisor, 2X Singers, 1X Banks man, and Flagmen as required
 All required documents shall be in place and shall be confirmed before starting the job (JSA, PTW, LP, TBT, etc.)
 using two of 3rd party mobile cranes For Lifting Operation.
 Pre-work check of site, load, and lifting equipment (lifting appliances and lifting accessories)
 All lifting equipment shall have clear and legible SWL, all lifting accessories shall be correctly colour coded
 Size, weight, shape, CoG of load shall be confirmed
 Load shall be checked for any loose / potential dropped objects
 Check proximity hazards, obstructions, load path and lay down area load bearing capacity.
 Pre-work check of environmental conditions (wind speed shall not exceed 10 m/s, rainfall, foggy weather, etc.)
 Confirm competency requirements match lift team personnel
 Confirm and agree methods of communication: standard hand signals & radio.
 Responsibilities to be clearly defined for all personnel
 Lifts to be controlled by banks man who is clearly identifiable by wearing high visibility waistcoat
 Establish barrier surrounding lifting operation area, non-essential personnel to be excluded at all times
 Safe access, egress and escape routes (scaffolding, platforms etc.)
 Tagline requirement: Tag lines are not required for tandem lift
 No hand contact with loads until below waist height, no hands and fingers near pinch points.
 Cable trays, beams, and any other obstructions shall be removed to allow the proper set-up of the crane prior to lift.
 Any obstacle that might become in contact with the sling shall be removed.

The Non-Routine Simple lifting plan shall be submitted to LTA for review and approval. LTA shall evaluate, in collaboration with
other members of the team, all possible corrective actions and advice to:
STOP! Further engineering inputs and risk assessment are required.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Operation may be performed providing that all necessary actions
have been taken and JSA updated accordingly.

GO! Proceed with lifting operation following the instruction given by the PIC.
