    The Municipality of Oton thru the Office of the Mayor and Municipal Attorney’s Office in cooperation
    with the College of Law of Central Philippine University will be conducting a Free Legal Consultation
    and lectures on Republic Act No.11313 or the “Bawal Bastos Law” and Republic Act No. 10627
    otherwise known as the “Anti-Bullying Act of 2013” which had been essential on the mainstream
    concern of the educational institutions in this municipality.

    In this regard, we would like to request your presence or your Barangay Kagawad Chairperson
    of the Committee on Education and Barangay Kagawad Chairperson of the Committee on
    Human Rights Protection to attend on the said activity on 24 April 2023 at about 8 o’clock in
    the morning in Oton National High School Conference Room, J.P. Laurel Street, Oton, Iloilo.

    Hoping for your utmost cooperation in eliminating bullying and providing a healthful space in the
    school and in our community.
