“FORMULATING THE SECTORAL/FUNCTIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE

BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF THE BARANGAY POBLACION,
MABINI, PANGASINAN”

WHEREAS, Section 106 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991 as supported by DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2001-89 dated July
2001, provides for the organization of the Local Development Councils;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council is the planning body of the Barangay
Government that assists the Barangay Council in setting the direction for economic and social
development and coordinating development efforts within its territorial jurisdiction;

WHEREAS, Section 5 of Executive Order No. 27 series of 2018 states the formation of
Sectoral or Functional Committees for the BDC;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JUSTO B. MANZANO, Punong Barangay of the Nibaliw,

Mabini, Pangasinan, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby formulate the
sectoral or functional committee of the Barangay Development Council as follows:

1. Composition of Committees:

A. Social and Economic Development Committee

Chairperson: Kgd. Jubil Hassiman
Members: Nashrifa Ismael - BHW
Eris Sandong – SC Pres.
Ben Usman – PTA Pres.

B. Physical and Institutional Committee

Chairperson: Kgd. Vina A. Ismael

C. Environmental Management Committee

Chairperson: Kgd. Nadzmil Anuddin

3. Effectivity. The Executive Order shall remain in force and effect upon signing unless
otherwise revoked by the undersigned.
