WITNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYEE has qualified for the renewal of his employment
contract as CEO by the EMPLOYER;
WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER accepts for the Renewal of the Employment Contract of
the EMPLOYEE;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

parties hereby agree as follows:

COMPENSATION 

SEC.1.That the EMPLOYEE shall be paid a salary of Fifty Thousand Pesos

(Php50,000.00) gross per month, subject to applicable taxes;
