Martha Luz Hildebrandt Pérez-Treviño.
She was born in Chiclín, La Libertad, on January 13, 1925 was a Peruvian linguist and politician, She was
also a congresswoman of the republic, from 1995-2011, and president of the Congress of the Republic in
two periods (1999-2000). She directed the first Training Course for Indigenous Teachers of the Peruvian
Jungle in Yarinacocha, Ucayali (1953). She was also a professor of Descriptive Linguistics at the Central
University of Venezuela and died on December 8, 2022.
