Section 4 Exclusions & Battery Limit
The following are excluded from our scope of supply:

1 All civil works.
2 Supply of electrical power at our panel, earthing including equipment earthing, control cabling.
3 Plant Room, Plant Lighting and illumination
4 Raw / Service water, Chemicals, Laboratory & Analytical services, operation services
5 Reject disposal, assumed to be available next to our battery limit.
6 Works not specified in our proposal

Battery Limit
1 Raw water at flooded suction at the inlet of Raw Water Pump.
2 RO Reject outlet – 1 mtr.
3 RO permeate outlet – 1 mtr
4 Inlet to all measuring/dosing tanks.
5 Power supply to Electrical Panel.
CLIENT HAS TO PROVIDE FOLLOWING FOR PLANT OPERATION
Power Supply 415 V AC + 10 three phase, 50HZ to Electrical Panel
Raw Water 1.5 M3/hr at flooded suction.
Chemicals As per IS specifications
Lab testing facility As per IS specifications
Labour For analysis of water

Section 5 Commercial & Terms and Conditions
PRICES:
a) The Price for supply of Electro-mechanical equipments for 500 LPH RO System shall be Rs. 2, 35,
000 /- (Rs. Tow Lacs Thirty Five Thousands only)
b) The Price for Design, installation & commissioning of Electro-mechanical equipments for 500
LPH RO System shall be Rs. 10, 000 /- (Rs. Ten Thousands only)
c) The above Prices are exclusive of all Taxes, Octroi, and Transportation
d) Any extra work will be charged at the time of execution of RO.
Terms of payment:
45% advance along with firm Purchase Order.
50% against Proforma invoice prior to dispatch.
5% against erection, commissioning and hand over of system.
Return of Excess Material:

In order to facilitate the Installation & Commissioning, we sometimes send extra material while
dispatching the material. After the installation is over, we reserve the option to take back such material.
Completion period: Supplies:

The Electromechanical equipment/components required for the system shall be supplied within 4 - 5
weeks from the date of PO/LOI and advance payment.
Warranty:
All electro-mechanical equipment of RO shall be under warranty for 12 months from the date of
commissioning or 18 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier.
The warranty will be null and void

IF AGREED PAYMENT TERMS ARE VIOLATED.
IF CONSUMABLES AND SPARES ARE NOT USED AS PER OUR RECOMMENDATION.
IF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE IS NOT FOLLOWED PROPOSAL.
IF RAW WATER QUALITY CHANGES AND LIMITING CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET TO OUR PROPOSAL.
NO OXIDISESING SUBSTANCE LIKE FREE CHLORINE, OZONE ETC SHOULD ENTER IN RO MEMBRANES.
Validity:
The offer shall be valid for 30 days from the date of the covering letter or mail.
