MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) made and entered into this
, 2023 between the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION/
CACARONG BATA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, with office address at Resettlement Project
Padre Pio, Cacarong Bata, Pandi, Bulacan, Philippines, represented in this Agreement by its
School Principal/ Teacher, ___________________________, herein referred to as the “FIRST
PARTY”;

WHEREAS, the parties to this Understanding, considering their respective obligations,

mandates, resources and expertise and, desirous of accomplishing better output and effective
teaching- learning process have agreed to work together to accomplish these objectives to
commence on
this day.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, and in pursuance of
their desire to cooperate in a defined area and in recognition of shared interest in strengthening
cooperation to this new normal set-up in education and academic-related activities on the basis of
mutual benefits, the FIRST and SECOND PARTY have reached the following understanding:

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to establish a framework for collaboration
between the School and the Parent-Teacher Association to receive homeroom PTA projects for the
students.

TERMS:
 The Homeroom PTA agrees to provide funding and resources for the implementation of the
homeroom PTA projects.

 The Homeroom PTA shall provide the School with a detailed plan of the homeroom PTA
projects, including the budget, timeline, and expected outcomes.

 The Teacher shall ensure that the implementation of the homeroom PTA projects is
consistent with the school's educational objectives and policies.

 The Homeroom PTA shall provide regular updates to the School on the progress of the
homeroom PTA projects.

 The Teacher and Homeroom PTA shall cooperate and work together to ensure the
successful completion of the homeroom PTA projects.

 The term of this MOU shall be on School Year 2022-2023

 This MOU may be amended or modified only by written agreement signed by both parties.

 This MOU does not create any legal obligations or rights beyond those expressly stated
herein.
