Answer:- Working in Patagonia is amazing they gave their employees lots of benefits and they
have tons of resources when it comes to inclusivity. Management is amazing and supportive.
Patagonia's work environment is very calm. The employees are very friendly to each others, they
have lots of facilities for employees like mother care room for their childrens, enough clothing for
employees and many more. They motivate the employees to work harder that's how people loves
to work in this kind of environment.

Answer:-The theory proposes that understanding motivation requires taking into three basic
human needs:-
1) AUTONOMY:-The need to feel free of external constraints on behavior.
2) COMPLETENCE:-The need to feel capable or skilled.
3) RELATEDNESS:-The need to feel connected or involved with others.

The company motivate their employees by taking so much care in work and even in personal this
is the culture of the company. If someone needs help they are also there for him/ her. They gave
them responsibilities to feel special, that's how the company motivate their peoples.

Answer:-The company's biggest challenge to keep their employees motivated, the company
gave their employees responsibilities, they increase their salary after achievement in a big
projects, they give their employees ideas related to project that employees don't get stressed
about the project. So that how they keep their employees motivated.

Answer:-If I were a manager of the team in retail store I will be very supportive and friendly
towards my team.I will help them to do tasks and give everyone a different task everyday and
give them a gifts after every task they perform well, and give them a motivation speech so they
get motivated and someone is doing well in tasks continuely, I will increase his/ her salary as well,
so that's how I will keep my team motivated.

Case: 2 :BEST PRACTICES AT BEST BUY

Answer:-In results only work environment ( ROWE) at best buy's corporation office, employees
are positive to manage work and their lives and not being judge by others. ROWE elements are
freedom, responsibility, autonomy, and result. Employees were free to work they didn't count how
many hours they are working in the result of that the productivity of best buy jumped 41 percent,
and voluntary turnover fell to 8 percent from 12 percent.

Answer:-There are many theories fit in it, but theory y is fitting in it because people with this
program are very motivated they are not looking at clock while they are working they are enjoying
work with this program.

Answer:-ROWE work place are difficult to manage because of less communication with
employees who have different schedules. To motivate them we have to communicate with
everyone and help each others in their tasks. So that's how we keep them motivated.

Answer:-It is comfortable sometimes because it is easy to work with it increase productivity,
employees are comfortable they don't get tired while working with this program. And why it's not
comfortable sometimes because it's change the work culture of an organization which is infinitely
more difficult than changing schedules.

Answer:-I agree with the statement that work is something you do, not a place you go.
