Baseline Risk Assessments
1. PURPOSE:

The purpose of this specification is so that ALL IS WELL employees check all risks and hazards at
their work places before any work commences.

2. SCOPE:

This applies to all drivers working at the project on the construction of providing security services,
as well as and contractors on site.

3. RESPONSIBILITY:

All Employees

4. METHOD:

 On a daily basis each employee will use the Daily Risk Assessment document to check for risks
and hazards.
 Once noted, the employee is to communicate the problem to the Safety Officer or Supervisor
immediately before starting work.
