6. Unpack, sort and pack equipment/furniture/tools and any other items in appropriate stores and offices.
7. Equipment to be checked, identified, entered in approved registers and approval inspection to be conducted by clients
representative.
8. All structures erected shall conform to all legal and local authorities requirements.
9. The designated area and all structures shall be cleaned, kept clean and in a orderly manner, this shall include keeping the
designated area free of weeds to within a distance of three meters outside the perimeter.
10. Suitable ablution blocks shall be erected as per regulations in lay down areas, it shall be well maintained, kept clean and odourless
at all time.
11. Fire fighting equipment shall be installed, maintained, inspected and a fire prevention program available.
12. Installation of Distribution Boards or any other electrical equipment will be done as per legal requirements, tested, permits and or
licences obtained, past by the clients representative and it will inspected and maintained by a qualified appointed electrician on a
regular basis.
14. Ensure availability of First Aid equipment and trained appointed First Aider.
