11. Fire fighting equipment shall be installed, maintained, inspected and a fire prevention program available.

12. Installation of Distribution Boards or any other electrical equipment will be done as per legal requirements, tested, permits and or
licences obtained, past by the clients representative and it will inspected and maintained by a qualified appointed electrician on a
regular basis.

13. Ensure availability of potable water.

14. Ensure availability of First Aid equipment and trained appointed First Aider.

15. Erect shaded eating areas for employees.

16. Chemical and fuel storage area to be according to regulations.

17. Ensure the correct manual handling procedure.
