5. PG Event Planning:
○ Explosive Entertainment: Paid $3,000 deposit.
○ Set up- Balloons - discussed what balloons we want for the event. Do we need
balloons if the event is outside??
○ Check in - Administration at check in area - need 4 checking in and 3-4
3 checking bags
○ Catering Update: Joe’s Meat Market will provide catering for the event. Price
Pri is less
than the company we have used in the past. Cost is around $1,900
○ - EMT and Police East Millstone Rescue Kenny will be at the event.
○ Lydia will be picking up $150. Gift card from Wegman's on June 10th, and will get it to

6. Other Fundraisers:
○ Lawn signs - only a few more signs to sell. Still distributing signs.
○ Clothing drive- Coming up May 13, 2023 – 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Discussed volunteer
needs. Nick will pick up coffee & donuts for volunteers.
○ Food Truck/ Thrift Market
Market- May 20, 2023 – 12:00 – 7:00 pm - discussed volunteer and
logistics- very concerned about all the other events happening that day at FHS.
Discussed how we would manage parking and crowd control for all the other events
○ T-shirts
shirts and flowers ordered - outside company will take care of selling the day of
graduation.
○ Commencement Kudos - need to push communication of this opportunity to Senior
parents- 4 lines for $20. Submissions due June 10th.
Meeting Adjourned 8:47pm- The next meeting will be Tuesday, June 6th at 7:00 pm via Zoom.
