Structural drawings: F Our verification is based on the following assumptions:

 S100: FOUNDATION + B1  By referring to the soil investigation report issued by Mr. Kamal
 S101: GROUND FLOOR Bou Zaeineldeen on September 2022:

 S102: LEVEL 1 - The allowable soil bearing capacity is equal to 50.0 T/m2

 S103: LEVEL 2 - The modulus of subgrade is equal to 39 MPa/m

 S104: ROOF - The ground type is B (IBC 2018 Classification).

 S105: TOP OF ROOF  The nominal acceleration for seismic design is 0.25g.

 S106: ELEMENTS  The seismic analysis was carried out based on ASCE 7-16
standards (IBC 2018).
 S107: ELEMENTS 2
 Minimum 28-day compressive strength of concrete is 30 MPa
 S1001: TYP DETAILS
for all reinforced concrete structural members.
 Minimum yield stress is 500 MPa for ordinary deformed steel
reinforcement bars.
 The considered loads for the ground, first, and second floors:
- Uniform super-imposed dead load of 3.0 kPa
- Uniform live load of 4.79 kPa
 The considered loads for the roof:
- Uniform super-imposed dead load of 3.0 kPa
