I. TITLE
II. RATIONALE
1. Lead
Leads towards shared responsibility and commitment and monitors and school plans, programs,
activities, and strategic directions.
2. Build
Builds progress and feedback link between the school stakeholders (learners, parents, and other
school stakeholders) and school management (school head and personnel) on school performance
and service quality.
3. Encourage
Encourages and strengthens stakeholders’ active participation and serves as a platform to cultivate
the spirit of bayanihan.
4. Support
Supports a venue for parents, learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, internal and external
stakeholders, and the school head to work together towards continuously improving learning
outcomes and ensuring that children’s rights are respected, protected, fulfilled, and promoted in a
gender-responsive, non-discriminatory, and inclusive physical and social learning environment.
III. NARRATION
A. PRE – IMPLEMENTATION
Last November 23, 2022, a meeting was conducted and preceded by our school head, Mr. Emil R.
Mamiit together with school personnels, parents, Barangay Officials, and a student-representative
(external and internal stakeholders)
The following matters were discussed during the meeting:
a. Functions of SGC
b. Roles and responsibilities of SGC Officers
c. School Plans and Activities
d. Election of Officers
e. other concerns and proposed projects and programs

B. IMPLEMENTATION
Participated in Brigada Pagbasa Program
SGC Team LBES actively supported and participated in the school’s Brigada Pagbasa Program
by which they guide and assist our pupils to develop and enhance their reading skills. They extend
their hand in making our pupils independent readers.
To address reading gaps in the different key stages and relative to DepEd Memorandum No.
173, s. 2019, Bawat Bata Bumabasa, our school launch the Tagalog Leveled Books from the Division
Office. Together with our SGC Team LBES, they encourage our pupils to read books and promote
awareness on the importance of reading and literacy in cultivating their critical thinking.
