The volume of dischaged cement slurry is computed through the flowmeter. The accuracy of flowmeters shall be checked by
comparing the calues displayed on the monitor and the actual volume measured at the site.
1) Prepare a box for measuring (W 0.497mm x L 0.497mm)
2) Set the flow volume at 160 l/min and confirm the monitor display
3) Pour the water into the box for 1 minute, and measure the discharged volume

checked by comparing the values displayed on the rotation speed indicator in the operation room with the actual rotation speed of mixing
blades at the site. The rotation speed of two mixing blade is the same because the blades rotated by the same motor.

The length of CDM column is computed through the depth indicator. The accuracy of depth indicator shall be checked by comparing the
values displayed on the depth indicator in the operation room with the actual depth by measuring the length of mixing rods and blades at the
site. The actual depth of mixing rods and blades shall be measured and marked prior to the confirmation of penetration depth.

1) Set 2 points ① and ② on the extended line that connected 2 points ③ and ④
2) Point ① is set 4.0 meters apart from the center of 2 mixing shafts of rig No.1
3) Point ② is set 4.0 meters apart from the center of 2 mixing shafts of rig No.3

Step 1: Check the distance of a, b, and c with a measuring tape


Step 2: Measure the coordinate of point ① and ② by RTK System
① (X1, Y1); ② (X2, Y2)
Step 3: Calculate ΔX and ΔY, the distance from ① to ②
ΔX = X2-X1; ΔY = Y2-Y1
Step 4: Based on point ①, calculate the coordinate of point ③

Step 5: Similar to step 4, calculate the coordinate of point ④
