1a Customer 1b FedEx
- you want to send a parcel to the UK - ask how you can help

2a Customer 2b FedEx
- you call FedEx to complain about a late - a customer calls you to complain about a
delivery late delivery
- tell FedEx your name and address - ask for customer’s name and address
- ask Fedex if they can deliver on Thursday - tell customer you already tried to deliver
morning on Monday and Tuesday, but nobody
- you’re not at home on Friday, ask if they was there

3a Customer 3b FedEx
- FedEx call you to arrange a delivery - you call a customer and want to arrange
- you’re not at home on Wednesday the delivery of a parcel
- you’re only at home on Thursday - ask if Wednesday is convenient

- Friday is ok, ask for the delivery time - ask if Friday is convenient
- ask if delivery can be arranged before - delivery time 1-5pm
4pm - delivery before 4pm is no problem, ask if

4a Customer 4b FedEx
- Fedex come to pick up a parcel, you open - you pick a parcel from a customer, you
