Contribution to the organization:


I had a lot of ways I could help Outlook Group Magazine Company as a
marketing intern. Here are some suggestions:

 Conduct research and create fresh marketing plans. I may use my


research abilities to find fresh ways to sell the magazines published by
Outlook Group. To target new consumers, I might also create fresh
marketing initiatives and plans.
 Generate sales and leads. For the periodicals published by Outlook
Group, I could use my sales abilities to create leads and sales.
Additionally, I may establish connections with possible partners and
clients.
 Support for social media marketing. I may assist in setting up and
managing the business's social media profiles, as well as creating and
posting material that interacts with followers. I could also support the
monitoring and evaluation of social media analytics to assess the efficacy
of campaigns.

Findings / Suggestions and Recommendations :


Here are some conclusions, ideas, and advice I have for Outlook Group in my
capacity as a marketing intern as a result of my research:
Findings:
The Outlook Group is a reputable media organization with a well-known brand
in India.
Corporate sales, online sales, and social media marketing are just a few of the
marketing internship options the business provides.
Interns have the chance to learn about the various facets of marketing, gain
practical experience, and network with seasoned professionals thanks to the
internship program.
Suggestions:
The business should provide interns with greater chances to work on cross-
functional initiatives.
The business might also give interns greater instruction in social media and
digital marketing.
Recommendations:
I'd suggest applying for the online sales internship if you're thinking about
doing a marketing internship with the Outlook Group. You will get the chance
to learn about the various facets of online marketing during your internship, as
well as work on initiatives that directly affect the bottom line of the business.
I would suggest contacting the hiring manager directly in addition to applying to
convey your interest in the internship. This would enable you to learn more
about the organization and the internship program while also demonstrating to
the hiring manager that you are serious about the position.

Overall Experience:
Overall, I had mixed experiences as an intern with Outlook Group. On the one
side, I was able to obtain important marketing and sales experience in addition
to learning a lot about the magazine industry. Additionally, I got to collaborate
with very talented and seasoned experts.
But I wasn't happy with how the internship was run on the other side. I felt that I
was primarily left to my own devices because I had very little instruction or
direction. Additionally, I discovered that there was a lot of pressure on the job to
achieve improbable sales targets.
Overall, I'd say that while my internship with Outlook Group was a learning
opportunity, I wouldn't suggest it to others. I would urge you to do your study
and make sure that you are ready for the hardships you may encounter if you are
thinking about taking an internship with this organization.
