AUTHORITY TO SELL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This is to Authorize MARIA CARINGAL, NELIA MADELA, ANIE ORIOLA, both of

legal age, both Filipinos citizen with respectively residence and postal address at Naga City,
Camarines Sur to look for buyer of parcel of land particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of portion of Land Lot –B-C of the subdivision survey Psd-05-018324, being a
portion of Lot 1290-B-6, Psd-051724-015395), Situated in the Barangay of Sta. Cruz, City of
Naga, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., Along lines 1-2-3 by Lot-2363, Along Lines 3-4-5-
6, containing an area of TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (25,000) SQUARE METERS”

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The negotiable selling price of the above-described real property is SEVEN

THOUSAND (P7,000.00) PER SQUARE METERS.

2. The seller shall give 5% of the agreed selling price as broker’s/agent’s commission.

3. All expenses such as but not limited to Capital Gains Tax, Real Property Tax and
Notarial Fees relative to the sale shall be shouldered by the seller except expenses
for the transfer of title which shall be shouldered by the buyer.

4. This authority is valid until officially revoked by the undersigned.
