In this day, we had our mangroves planting at the Evsu-cc fishpond. I arrived in the school at past 8:00
in the morning and waited for my other groupmates. We walked going to the pond since it's a walking
distance only or you can ride a tricycle if you don't want to walk going there. It was sunny day and I felt
the heat of the sun on my skin. We were tired when we arrived at the pond. After some minutes, we
started planting the mangroves with the guidance of Mr. Magallanes. He is the one who assigned to look
and guide the students for the mangroves planting. It was a great experience with my friends and
batchmates doing that kind of school activity. After planting and attendance, we walked back going
home. Mangroves planting is very important in preserving and sustaining our natural resources
especially nowadays wherein there are many calamities occurs due to climate change. I do hope that
Evsu-cc and other schools continue to protect our planet earth by doing it in simple ways but a big help to
both animals and humans. I'm grateful that I was be able to participate this type of school activity.
