The “Brigada Eskwela” is a nationwide school maintenance program that

I. Introduction engages all education stakeholders to contribute their time, efforts, and
resources to help ensure that public schools are ready for school opening.
In relation to the DepEd ORDER No. 021, s.2023, Known as the Conduct of the
2023 BRIGADA ESKWELA with the theme ‘’Bayanihan para sa MATATAG
na paaralan, SMICES the teachers, community volunteers and stake holders
II. Background Information tied hand in hand to get the school ready for the school year 2023- 2024. It was
spearheaded by the brilliant and active Principal II of Sta. Margarita I Central
Elementary School, Mrs. Jocelyn C. tabogoc and was supported by the active
and supportive District In-charge, Mrs. Maritess C. Peralta.

Based on the said DepEd Order the following are the suggested activities:
1. Assessment of the physical facilities and maintenance needs to the
school.

3. Creation of the Brigada Eskwela working committee. And,
4. Give some recognition to the deserving pupils.
The activity started with a short kick off ceremony. The rest of the days were spent

of people showing concern to their beloved alma matter.
V. Highlights of Activity Cleaning the entire school was the highlight of this event.
