pang-akademya na tumutugon sa pangangailangan at kapakanan ng ating mga
mag-aaral, guro at kawani kaalinsabay ang pagsusulong ng DepEd MATATAG:

ADMISSIONS:
Incoming Grade 11 with limited enrollees of 100 students for STEM and 100 for ABM and 50
students for TVL-ICT
Qualifications of the Applicants:
 Applicants must be in Grade 10 from any DepEd-accredited public and private school at
the time of application. – Priority is the JHS completers from MPNHS
 Applicants for the ABM Strand must have a general average grade of 80 with no failing
grades and have good department records.
 Applicants for the STEM strand must have a general average grade of 85 and above.
Final Grades in Math and Science must not be lower than 85 and have good department
records.

 Pre-registration from their Grade 10 Class Advisers

 Photocopy copy of SF 9 of Grade 10 from First to Third-quarter grading period.
FOR NON-MPNHS GRADE 10 STUDENTS

 Photocopy copy of SF 9 of Grade 10 from First to Third-quarter grading period.
 One (1) piece of recent 2 x 2 close-up photo.
