PROBLEM IS : WE DONT SEE AVAILABILITY LIVE

1- I’m on technician pro le, I set up availability, Monday 8 to 11am and Tuesday 1 to 6 PM

This is the availability of the technician no more

I didn’t set up availability for other days so he’s not available

2- by the way, second calendar of unavailability doesn’t work, when I click on number nothing
happen

3- I’m now connected to the health pro le and selected this service where I set up availability

4- I want to see LIVE availability for seeing when he’s available

We don’t see any availability, we don’t know when he’s available or whatever, we just have a
calendar so now we go to the next step

5- I want to make an appointment

Remember I set up availability, Monday 8 to 11am and Tuesday 1 to 6 PM

So outside those hours I’m not supposed to be allowed to take appointment right ?

Checks the screenshot, why the health pro can take appointment on Monday at 1pm ?

This is the second problem, I asked for LIVE availability

We can proceed to the nal step, even it’s not available at this time
