Instructions for Online Classes

1. Subject Teacher will ensure that students join the virtual classroom well in time in the
following format -

R.NO. NAME CLASS & SECTION
For eg. - 01 Abhinav IXA.

2. Attendance is mandatory and will be counted for marking in the attendance registers.

3. Students will join the class in proper school uniform sitting on table and straight seat.

4. Students will keep their videos ON throughout the class.

5. Teachers will enable waiting room and lock the class after 5 minutes and no student will be
allowed to enter after that.

6. Teachers will not give option to rename and annotate on shared screen.

7. Students will remain MUTE and will raise their hands if any query.

8. Students must not engage into other communications (conversation, phone call or sms)
during the class.
