    On the fourth day of his work immersion, the student arrived at Heart of Jesus Hospital to assist the MIS Department. He helped fix a printer that was malfunctioning and install a new printer and driver in the Storage Management Department. In the afternoon, the MIS expert taught the student and his teammate how to edit the mainframe system of the hospital. They spent over three hours deleting and editing inactive medicines in the system and removing departments from specific connections.     Work Immersion: 4th DAY

    March 10, 2023. On the fourth day of my work immersion, I arrive at 7:45 am, in the
    morning at Heart of Jesus Hospital, waiting for the MIS Department to open Sir Edgar Valdez.
    VI box Expert, arrived before 8:00 am to open the MIS Department door. Early in the morning,
    Sir Edgar receives a call from Information Desk about their Printer malfunctioned, Sir Edgar
    takes me with him to see what is the problem and try fixing it after a minute Sir Gabriel fix the
    printer after that we returned to the MIS Department. Our second task is to install a new Epson-
    l310 Printer and Driver, in the Storage Management Department Sir Edgar guide me on how to
    install the printer but we encounter a problem the Storage Management Department computer
    doesn’t have a cd player to play the CD Driver for the printer so Sir Edgar task my teammate
    Krizzel to get a CD player in MIS Department after she returns with the CD player we finally
    install the Driver The person in the Storage Management Department thank us for installing the
    printer then we return to our Department. After we return to the Department Sir Edgar asked us
    to clean the Device Tablet that he pulls out from the HR department, it takes less time to fully
    clean the tablet after that is our lunch break.
    Past 1:00 pm sir Edgar teaches us how to edit the mainframe system of the Heart of Jesus
    Hospital. After Sir Edgar teach us, they gave us a task to Change and delete inactive Medicine in
    The Hospital, from 1700 to 500 medicine after we finish, they ask us to also remove specific
    departments on their specific connection which took us for a whole three and a half hours of
    deleting and editing. I and my teammate learned that editing a program is hard, a simple mistake
    can result in system malfunction or worse so we take time in editing so that we don’t make
    mistake.
