1. What is the relationship between nutrition and wellness?
- Basically, when you consume all the necessary nutrition for your body, you
become healthy and you achieved wellness. Lack of nutrients in our body will
cause some sicknesses. In reverse, consuming too much of the nutrients might
also cause health problems. Ensuring a balanced diet or consuming essential
nutrients is a key to a healthy body, protecting you from sicknesses.

2. Why is stress management important to health?


- Stress can cause long term effects on our mental health, sicknesses due to
stress physically, socially, and of course on our emotions. These things that are
caused by stress could lead us to become unhealthy in different aspects of our
lives, that’s why it is important to manage stress in a good way. The first and
most important thing to do is to avoid it. You should also always do things that
you enjoy to manage your stress like exercise, meditating, travel, leisure and etc.
