The daily Operations Report—also
known the manager’s report, the daily
report, and the daily revenue report,
summarizes the hotel’s financial
activities during a 24 hour period.
This Report includes:
1. Average daily Rate(ADR)- a
measure of the average paid for
rooms sold, calculated by
dividing room revenue by rooms
sold.
Formula:
ADR= Total Room Revenue/
Total Room Sold
2. Occupancy percentage- relates
the number of rooms available
during a specific period of time.
Formula:
OP=No. of rooms occupied/ (total
No. of rooms available during a
specific period of time.
Formula:
OP= NO. of rooms Occupied/
(Total no. of rooms available)x
100
3. Multiple Occupancy Ratio- is
used to forecast food and
beverages revenue, indicate clean
linen requirements, and analyze
average daily room rates.

with more one adult or
pax/( Total no. of rooms
occupied)x100
