1. Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479 dated October 7, 1994 which aims
to mobilize all Filipinos for nation building through the practical exercise of human values
in daily lives as citizens, the field is hereby informed of a Division Edukasyon sa
Pagpapakatao (EsP) Festival of Talents on January 28, 2022 at Baroy Central Elementary
School, Baroy, Lanao del Norte with the theme: "ALAB: Igniting Filipino Learners
Competencies and Aspirations."

2. The competition aims to: (Refer to DIVISION MEMORANDUM No C0 s. 2023)

3. The events to be contested are Likha-Awit, Oratorical and Extemporaneous Speeches,

Picture Story, and Documentary Video Presentation.

4. A clustered district level elimination shall be held prior to the conduct of the division level
competition. Only the cluster winner in every category shall compete
in the division level.

5. Advisers/Teachers are hereby request to allow/excuse the student/s under their

advisory/class to practice the event together with their coach.
