Working schedule:
Working 8 hours a day (7,42 hours + 35 minutes break)
Monday - Friday /night shift starts on Sunday evening
3 shifts (reverse shift rotation)
Morning shift 5:50 – 13:50
Afternoon shift 13:50 – 21:50
Night shift: 21:50 – 5:50

Sometimes overtime opportunity on Saturdays

• Length of trial period: 3 month

• NET 280.000 HUF/month


Base salary gross 2.096 HUF/hours
Increased salary gross 2.360 HUF/hours

Additional payments:

• shift allowance:
in the case of multi-shift work 18:00-06:00 40%
• BONUS: 1. for a full month worked between 0 - 20 000 HUF
(condition if no absences)
After the first full month worked, according to the company's

• CAFETÉRIA: After 4 full month worked 8.000 HUF/month
• 13th monthly salary: + 1 month's salary pro-rated to

• The monthly bus ticket have to be payed by the employees, and
it is not reimbursed by the company
With Daimler bus services Local bus pass at a cost 7700 Ft
(this is a local bus line service within Kecskemét, but
employees has to buy it on their own costs. Tere is a lot of
stops within Kecskemét, the final stop is the workplace, buses
are scheduled to the shifts schedules)
