CONCEPTS of what was learned from lesson 5. Based on the discussions, kindly
state in your own words in at least FIVE (5) separate SHORT SENTENCES what
you learned from the lesson.
I learned that:

1. Humans believe that regionalism is necessary since it has been proven to

increase the efficiency and quality of local administrations.

2. Globalization is defined as internationalization arising from the exchange of

world perspectives, products, and ideas, whereas regionalization is defined as the
division of a territory into smaller pieces known as regions.

3. The risk of any local city or county losing its independence or identity is one of
the downsides of regionalism.

4. A legislation or order issued by a government's senate and congress is primarily

responsible for formulating, establishing, and bringing regions united.

5. The goal of regionalization is to make things easier to implement out those

initiatives at the regional level.
