(CONSTRUCTION HAZARDS)

SPOTTED HAZARDS:
- Workers are not using PPE or any protective
equipment as they do their work.
- No warning signage
- No protective barriers or fences to surround and
border the construction site to prevent unrelated
people specially children upon entering the site.
- Materials and equipment are scattered within the
site.

RISK/ POSSIBLE ACCIDENTS TO BE HAPPEN:


1. Workers can get cuts and punctures by the
exposed and scattered nails and steel bars on
the construction site.
2. Workers and neighbors are exposed to
excessive noise or vibration.
3. Workers might slip and fall and have fractures,
sprains or other injuries.
4. Neighbors specially kids who walks within this
alley might get injured too or fall into pits
