Change in resin system

1 Resin L/hardener 35 L
Epoxy Resin L with Hardener 35 L can now be used for structure-relevant and non-structure-
relevant GRP repairs in Rotor Blade Service.
Epoxy Resin L with Hardener 35 L replaces the previously used Polypox system and is now avail-
able to Rotor Blade Service under SAP 150851.
Refer to TD-esc-01-de-xx-15-077 for details on how to work with it.
Pay attention to TD-esc-02-de-xx-15-041 for instructions on how to properly temper it once pro-
cessed.

2 Sikadur Blade Repair Kit

In countries where Epoxy Resin L with Hardener 35 L (SAP 150851) may not be available, it can
be replaced with Sikadur Blade Repair kit 30 (SAP 150834) or Sikadur Blade Repair kit 90
(SAP 162006).
Refer to TD-esc-01-de-xx-15-077 for details on how to work with it.
Pay attention to TD-esc-02-de-xx-15-041 for instructions on how to properly temper it once pro-
cessed.

Remaining stock can be used up as long as the shelf life of the products has not expired.
