Vietnamese Qualification Framework

Chuẩn đầu ra của người tốt nghiệp đại học theo Khung trình độ quốc gia Việt Nam, được Chính phủ phê
duyệt theo Quyết định số 1982/QĐ-TTg, ngày 18/10/2016:

Kiến thức - Kiến thức thực tế vững chắc, kiến thức lý thuyết sâu, x
rộng trong phạm vi của ngành đào tạo;
- Kiến thức cơ bản về khoa học xã hội, khoa học chính x
trị và pháp luật;
- Kiến thức về công nghệ thông tin đáp ứng yêu cầu x
công việc;
- Kiến thức về lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và giám sát các x
quá trình trong một lĩnh vực hoạt động cụ thể;
- Kiến thức cơ bản về quản lý, điều hành hoạt động x
chuyên môn.
Kỹ năng - Kỹ năng cần thiết để có thể giải quyết các vấn đề x
phức tạp;
- Kỹ năng dẫn dắt, khởi nghiệp, tạo việc làm cho mình xx
và cho người khác;
- Kỹ năng phản biện, phê phán và sử dụng các giải x
pháp thay thế trong điều kiện môi trường không xác
định hoặc thay đổi;
- Kỹ năng đánh giá chất lượng công việc sau khi hoàn x
thành và kết quả thực hiện của các thành viên trong
nhóm;
- Kỹ năng truyền đạt vấn đề và giải pháp tới người x
khác tại nơi làm việc; truyền tải, phổ biến kiến thức,
kỹ năng trong việc thực hiện những nhiệm vụ cụ thể
hoặc phức tạp;
- Có năng lực ngoại ngữ bậc 3/6 Khung năng lực ngoại -
ngữ của Việt Nam
Mức tự chủ và - Làm việc độc lập hoặc làm việc theo nhóm trong điều x

Level 6

Knowledge
Knowledge means knowledge and understanding of
a subject. Knowledge contains the following aspects:
The type of knowledge involved: knowledge about
theory or knowledge about practice; knowledge of a
subject or a field or within a profession.
The complexity of this knowledge: the degree of
complexity and how predictable or unpredictable the
situation is in which this knowledge is mastered.
Understanding: the ability to place one’s knowledge
in a context. For example, understanding is
expressed when one explains something to others.
Skills
Skills means what a person can do or accomplish.
Skills contains the following aspects:
The type of skill involved: practical, cognitive,
creative or communicative.
The complexity of the problem solving: the problem
solving this skill is to be applied to and the
complexity of this task.
Communication: the communication that is required,
the complexity of the message, to which target
groups and with which instruments.
Competence
Competence is about responsibility and autonomy
and states the ability to apply knowledge and skills in
a work situation or in a study-related context.
Competence contains the following aspects:
Space for action: the type of work and/or study-
related contexts in which the knowledge and skills
are brought into play, and the degree of
unpredictability and changeability in these contexts.
Cooperation and responsibility: the ability to take
responsibility for one’s own work and the work of
others and the complexity of the cooperative
situations in which one can engage.
Learning: the ability to take responsibility for one’s
own learning and that of other

There is not QF because United Stated education is multiform so there are not any examination for
students to graduate from highschool
