I.OBJECTIVES
A. Content Standard The learner demonstrates understanding of lifestyle and weight
management to promote societal fitness.
B. Performance Standard 1. The learner maintains an active lifestyle to influence the physical
activity participation of the community and society; and
2. Practices healthy eating habits that support an active lifestyle.
C. Learning Competency with At the end of the session, the students are expected to:
