AGREEMENT BETWEEN ERIMA GENERAL CONTRACTORS AND MUNYAKA TRADING COMPANY LTD FOR

PROVISION OF ARCHITECTURAL,STRUCTURAL,ELECTRICAL & BILL OF QUANTIES

I hereby kindly enter into an agreement with munyaka company trading ltd for kshs 500,000 provision
of-:

A} Architectural drawings including submission & approval with CITY COUNTY, NCA, NEMA

B} Structural drawings including all approvals and subsurface investigation

C} Electrical & Mechanical drawings including all approvals

D} Bills of quantizes including approvals.

Munyaka trading company limited will bear the costs of development levy payable and as invoiced by
city county including if any pending unpaid bills to the CITY COUNTY.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. 60 per cent due on submission of architectural plans to CITY COUNTYNEMA licence,Materials

testing 300,000
2. KSHS 100,000 after Approval of Approval of Architectural plans
3. Kshs 100,000 on Approval of all plans & licenses
