Lots 102 & 105, Psd-13-002057, Sheet 10 and Lot 10-E
& 10-F, Psd-13-016637),
SITUATED IN SIGNAL VILLAGE, TAGUIG CITY

This refers to the tabular technical description (TD) of Lot No. 22, Block 85,
Pcs-007607-005058-D, located in Signal Village, Taguig City, issued by your Office.

Upon verification of the said document, this Office found out that block 85 was
inadvertently inscribed in the issued TD. Further, it appears from the submitted
consolidation-subdivision survey that the subject lot is found to be within survey plan
no. Psd-13-002057.

In this regard, we are forwarding to you a copy of the said TD for your further
review. Thereafter, please provide us with the official copy of the correct tabular TD
for Lot No. 22, Block 85, Pcs-007607-005058-D.

This refers to your Insular Government Property Sales Application No.

007607-1423-R over Lot 22, Block 85, Pcs-007607-002058, situated in Signal Village,
Taguig City.

Please be informed that upon evaluation, this Office found out that Block 85,
which was not included in the approved plan, was inadvertently inscribed in the submitted
Tabular Description. Hence, on even date, we referred this matter to the Chief, Surveys
and Mapping Division, DENR-NCR, for clarification.

We hope that we have informed you accordingly.
