Dear Sir:
This has reference to your request letter requesting for the conduct data verification ocular
inspection and verification survey of your clients Heirs of Gorgonio Cabaltera. Please be
informed that the undersigned together with the Survey and Mapping Unit Team, conducted a
verification survey last December 16, 2022, situated in the Barangay of Muzon, Municipality of
Taytay, Province of Rizal, a property covered by DENR R-IV-CALABARZON, DENR CASE
No.IV-5822 dated April 1, 2003, signed by Samuel R. Penafiel, CESO III, Regional Executive
Director-CALABARZON and with Certification that the said Order has become FINAL AND
EXECUTORY dated May 27, 2013.

Per our evaluation and verification, it was found out the following findings, to wit:
1. That the subject lot, located at Brgy. Muzon, Taytay Rizal, which are identified as Lots
100, 101,102,103,272,273,274,275,276 and 277, Cad 688-D, Cainta-Taytay, Cadastre
with an aggregate area of eleven (11) hectares, more or less, area per tax declaration
Nos.05-1422 and 05-1427 (Mentioned per DENR Order dated April 01, 2003.)
2. Upon verification in Lot data computation, file available in our office the following lot
number with corresponding Lot data Computation are as follows;
- Lot 277, Cad 688-D -4,230 sq.m.
- Lot 276, Cad 688-D -1,727 sq.m.
- Lot 275, Cad 688-D -4,756 sq.m.
- Lot 274, Cad 688-D –4442 sq.m.
- Lot 273, Cad 688-D-10,375 sq.m.
- Lot 272, Cad 688-D-10,379 sq.m.
- Lot 271, Cad 688-D-2221 sq.m.
- Lot 270, Cad 688-D-5,450 sq.m
- Lot 269, Cad 688-D- 7,825 sq.m.
- Lot 104, Cad 688-D-5,450 sq.m.
- Lot 103, Cad 688-D- 3,336 sq.m.
- Lot 102, Cad 688-D- 5, 442 sq.m
- Lot 101, Cad 688-D- 2,112 sq.m.
- Lot 100, Cad 688-D- 5,580 sq.m.
- Lot 98, Cad 688-D- 7,825 sq.m.
With a total area = 73,277 sq.m.
