 Basically, it refers to the benefits that migrants can experience when they are given the opportunity to work in

finance na in demend sa host country’s labor market, by filling job vacancies, maaari silang mag contribute sa
growth and prosperity ng host country’s economy. So sa pamamagitan non, dun nila mafefeel yung self-worth

Familial Standpoint : It increases the living standards of the family and/or relatives.
 So the fact that a migrant is able to find employment and earn a steady income in their host country, they are able
to support their family who may still be living in their country of origin or in other places. Mag lelead ito ng
increase sa living standards ng family nila kasi nga they are able to send financial support na mag hehelp macover
yung basic needs and expenses nila sa pang araw araw like pagkain, tirahan and pang education and healthcare.
 Bukod dito, may instances na kapag ang mga migrant is nakakapagpadala ng pera sa kanilang mga pamilya,
maaaring makatulong ito sa pagpapalago ng lokal na negosyo at pagpapalakas sa ekonomiya ng kanilang
komunidad. For example, maaari itong magdulot ng pagbabawas ng kahirapan at pagpapabuti ng kalagayan ng
mga tao sa komunidad Diba a lot of families here in ph struggles to budget their allowance/money na
nanggagaling sa family member nila na nasa overseas. Some families saves some money from that allowance and
