and Tell! “ I have here a word in every flash
card and what you will have to do is to tell if
it is an example of concrete nouns or
abstract noun.

Our topic for today is all about Concrete
nouns and abstract nouns.
Concrete nouns – are nouns that can be
seen, heard, smelled, tasted of felt
Example:
o Water
o Seashore
o Cat

Abstract nouns – shoes virtues, traits,


characteristics or qualities
Example:
 Peace
 Contentment
 Happiness

Now let us have a group activity. Each


group will be given a piece of cartolina and
all you have to do is to read it carefully. Yes, teacher.
